We are seeking a talented individual to join our Fiduciary team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Specialist – Fiduciary
We’re seeking a colleague to ensure seamless accounting of Fiduciary portfolio assigned for either Client / Insurer or Third Party agents (Commission Agents). Accountable for collection and settlement of premiums/Claims from/to Client / Re-insurer and ensuring resolution of queries if any. Ensuring highest proficient handling as per Fiduciary perspective and accuracy for the accounts assigned

To ensure timely delivery based on the agreed standards on accuracy and productivityFocus on debt collection from Clients for Premiums / fees and Claims from marketsResolution of queries raised by Client and insurers including prompt response to their satisfactionEnsure adherence to policies & procedures as per organization’s standards and laid out SOPsReview of Process manual and seek clarity where requiredUpdate self with knowledge of the core product principles and regulations to align with the continuous learning culture at MMCEnsure that all statutory and company regulations are followed while processing work to protect clients, colleagues and the business interests of the companyContribute to the development of a supported and flexible working environment ensuring business needs are met at all timesAchievement of individual performance measures as outlined and targets set within performance appraisal as agreed with line managerUnderstand and contribute to the achievement of individual and departmental Key Performance Indicators and Service Levels AgreementsWorking towards enhancing customer/client experience whilst adding value to the respective end-to-end business processDisplaying professional communication skills at all levels within MMC and with external customersMaintenance of relevant record / logs / timesheet & hygiene of work as required by management and for MIS purposesParticipate and attend any training programs or learning sessions as deemed necessary for enhancing job skills or nominated by managersConstantly build technical expertise and business knowledge associated with the respective process as deemed necessary by line managerTaking ownership of work queues and ensuring proper handover of work to team/line manager in case of absence from workWhat you need to have:
3-5 Years of experience in FiduciaryGood written and verbal communication skills (mandatory)Logical Reasoning and prioritization skillsProblem Solving and Analytical SkillsProficient with MS outlook & MS ExcelWhat makes you stand out:
