Support strategic initiatives and deliver key outputs for new solutions.Adhere to engineering design standards and best practices.Generate documentation for onboarding and operational turnover.Develop task lists and milestones for timely deliverables.Implement infrastructure and ensure proper network cabling.Conduct testing and document results for defect-free implementation.Update and maintain documentation in a centralized repository.Participate in project reviews and provide end-user training.Manage change control requests and adhere to processes.Monitor incident queues and resolve or assign tickets.Execute BAU configuration and deployment activities.Handle routine configurations and manage IMAC activities.Oversee DNS, DHCP, and IP infrastructure using Infoblox.Identify solutions for network optimization and performance enhancement.Provide technical support to various teams and generate performance reports.Conduct analysis for performance issues and collaborate on remediation.Assist with troubleshooting during major incidents.Manage procurement and track budget expenditures.Participate in PMO project calls and provide updates.Develop remediation plans and manage structured cabling.Technical Skills
