Job Description:

Specialist HR Country Management role is responsible for providing country-based HR support and ensuring labor compliance.This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the HR function by providing specialized support and ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Support country HR and labor compliance.Implement HR policies and programs, including managing employee relations, offering crisis support, and handling grievance and disciplinary procedures.Provide organizational support in workforce planning, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, diversity, employee development, and succession programs.Produce required country documents and manage employee cases.Provide data management and human asset strategy to support business plans and operational goals.Consult and support individual managerial needs and overall organizational development activities.

Education and Experience:

Fluent in CzechTypically requires a High School diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) is preferred.Typically 1-2 years of experience in related areas of responsibility.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of country-specific HR compliance and labor laws.Effective communication and consultation skills.Ability to manage HR processes and benefit plan administration.Proficiency in handling employee relations and crisis management.
