Job Description

The purpose of this job is to assist with developing, planning and publishing internal communications content on company channels to effectively reach team members.

Assist with writing internal communications content, including newsletter copy, short write-ups and internal digital contentPublish materials on company communication channels including team member app, newsletters, digital screens and other internal toolsAssist with coordinating, planning and tracking communications tactics and contentSupport maintaining the communications calendar and tracking systemAssist with measuring and reporting of communications channelsModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

 

QualificationsBachelor's or Associate’s degree preferred1+ years' experience with communications experienceExperience working within a large, matrixed organization preferred

Specialized Knowledge

Intermediate Microsoft Office skillsCalendaring and tracking system toolsSalesforce or similar digital email tool

Competencies

Strong relationship building and influencing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to take initiative, work independently and as part of a teamAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information ethically and responsibly
