About the Role

Specialist I, Corporate Solutions - OSSC, Agent Online Services

1.    负责在线即时解答营销员、客户对于营运服务的各类咨询,包括但不限于新单进度、理赔进度、各类照会件的查询

2.    对营销员办理营运相关业务过程中遇到的问题进行在线指导

3.    对于无法即时解答的问题,负责转办至相关部门进行后续跟进

4.    负责整理和总结各类问题归类

5.    负责月报、质量报告等各类报表及数据分析

 

岗位要求:

1.    本科或以上学历;3年以上保险营销渠道服务工作经历;

2.    具有良好的沟通与表达能力、良好的客户服务意识和追求卓越品质的特征;

3.    具有独立工作、分析问题和解决问题的能力;

4.    高度责任心,较强的学习能力,能在压力下工作。
