In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

To monitor mailboxes and transaction systems for incoming requests and log requests in designated systems or tools. To create and update transaction status in the business system and/or manual files. To check for completeness and applicability of order shipment and payment terms. To check and extract customer-specific information from business systems. To act as a liaison between the buying entity and manufacturing facilities and/or third-party suppliers. To create, generate, and send purchase orders to factories around the world. To update item promise ship dates based on factory order acknowledgment data and inform planners about advances and/or delays in product shipment.

You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are a proactive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency in meeting tasks and deadlines. With excellent communication skills, you can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and effectively work with people at any level. You are a team player with order management skills and keen attention to detail.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course. At least 6 months of experience in any order management role. Familiarity with spreadsheet applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
