In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
To monitor incoming emails in common mailboxes. To validate and calculate pricing using system tools and validate disputes (credit/billing/RMA). To verify completeness of credit/billing/RMA requirements before entry and booking To identify, review, and resolve invoicing issues. To check and extract customer-specific information from business systems, customer details may include payment terms, INCO terms, delivery method, email, PO, customer PO copy, vendor quote, and similar documents, etc. To submit requests for model setups. To escalate pricing issues to the appropriate support group To send Return Material Authorization to the customer.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course, preferably Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent. At least 1.5 years of experience in Order Administration, Data Entry, and/or Banking/Accounting.
