Role Proficiency:

Additional Comments:

Lead the maintenance, administration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and security. Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using various integration tools (e.g., REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub). Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve platform issues, including performance, integration errors, and other technical problems. Manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and compliance with change management processes. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including creating new modules, business rules, UI actions, workflows, and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements and design effective solutions. Maintain and enhance ServiceNow integrations with external systems, ensuring data consistency, synchronization, and seamless workflows. Ensure best practices and industry standards are followed for integration and platform maintenance. Develop and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and platform configurations. Provide ongoing technical support for ServiceNow platform users, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to ensure optimal functionality. Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge on platform maintenance, integrations, and best practices for ServiceNow development.
