Job Description

The purpose of this job is, with supervision from the manager, marketing communications, to develop and execute comprehensive and integrated communications campaigns that leverage a variety of channels and mediums.

Support the development and execution of comprehensive communications campaign plans and creative materials, including: branding, campaign messaging, channel plans and content productionDevelop briefs and provide creative direction to internal and agency design partnersEnsure materials are aligned with brand guidelinesCollaborate with communications business partners, business area experts and cross-functional marketing partners to develop comprehensive and integrated communications campaigns that leverage a variety of internal and external channels and mediumsPlan and maintain the internal marketing calendar alongside key business areas for core internal channels, including company intranet, newsletters, digital screens and podcastsSupport the publication of content and internal communications messages within core internal channelsAssist with planning, coordination and execution of internal team member events and activationsCoordinate and execute photoshoots, videoshoots, podcasts and other content productionContribute to the measurement and analysis of the impact of internal marketing in collaboration with communications business partners, business area experts and the data analytics teamAssist in the maintenance and usage of company brand guidelines across communications content and materialsModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose and virtues; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest levelEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar field requiredMinimum two – three years’ experience in a marketing, brand or communications role required

Specialized Knowledge

Advanced Microsoft Office skillsProficient in Associated Press (AP) Style writing
