Job Description:
The Specialist II, Online Marketing Events will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing online marketing events, for our marketing and sales teams.Plan and execute online marketing events, such as webinars, product demos, and live streams.Collaborate with Demand Gen Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop event topics, agendas, and promotional materials.Utilize various online platforms and tools to create and host events, to include but not limited to: GoToWebinar, Pardot and Salesforce, and others.Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement for events.Manage event registration, attendee communication, and follow-up processes.Monitor and track event metrics to evaluate success and make recommendations for improvement.Create and maintain a repeatable process for online marketing events to include documentation, managing the calendar of events, scheduling pre and post event sessions, and running the live event.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in online event marketing.Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.Experience Required:
2-3 years of experience in online event planning and marketing.Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce.Experience in the technology and/or healthcare industry is a plus.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge of: Marketing strategies and tactics to drive event attendance and engagement. Proficiency in online event platforms and tools, such as GoToWebinar and Microsoft Teams.Skill in: Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, project and time management skills.Ability to: Demonstrate creative mindset to implement innovative marketing strategies to reach our target audience. Work independently and as part of a team. Manage multiple projects consecutively and meet deadlines.
