The Specialist II in the Enterprise Operations & Service Delivery organization is responsible for ensuring all booking requirements are met before processing the submitted order package and creating the order. The Specialist will assist on the backend to fix install/change/delete orders, make changes in systems, inactive sites, and/or clean up old orders that may not have been completed properly.
This role will contribute to the organization’s revenue growth initiatives by supporting Sales teams with accurate and timely processing of signed orders. The Specialist will be the first point of contact for sales teams within Service Delivery and will be responsible for setting the stage for a positive and impactful experience.
Location and ScheduleLocations: This role is Work from Home and can be based anywhere in the United States.
Schedule: The normal work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-hour days with some flexibility as to start time. Occasionally, you may need to work some non- traditional hours to help meet the monthly/quarterly volumes, such as weekends.
The Main Responsibilities Process orders in queues within defined SLAs.Check that orders meet booking validation requirements.Calculate ETCs (Early Term Charges) if applicable.Check for minimum data set requirements.Assign to the appropriate work group within Service Delivery.Send out appropriate notifications.Apply appropriate holds to the orders and drive for quick resolution.Perform backend updates in systems/tools to ensure data quality.Identify process improvements and assist with reviewing and updating current work instructions and job aids, providing feedback to the team.Participate in company-sponsored and individual training efforts to refine and improve existing skill sets and gain new relevant skills.Manage multiple email and work queues.Support ad hoc requests, reports, and projects, and participate in operational reviews with stakeholders.What We Look For in a Candidate Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries.Strong decision-making skills.Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, VISIO, and Excel.Self-starter who is results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and resourceful.Good critical thinking and organizational skills.Ability to work non-traditional hours to meet the needs of monthly/quarterly volumes, which may include weekends.Salesforce experience preferred
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a related field.Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
