In EMEA the Nike Code team is part of the Consumer X Marketplace Operations (CxM Ops). Code supports EMEA to enable the future of Nike’s Sports Marketplace through innovation, digital enablement, and process excellence. Code can be described as the master set of processes & timelines spanning functions across Nike to align and integrate our work, so that we can serve consumers cohesively and holistically.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We are in search of a Code Executive to join our team and support the Code process; optimize, further develop and adjust in the strategic direction of the company or any external circumstances.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about innovation and building the new, has an entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in change while adapting along the way. Key in this role are strong prioritization & communication skills, the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to deliver results with limited direction.
**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
Understanding the impact of Code for Nike’s Sports Marketplace. Drive the execution of Global and Geo Code moments as part of the Code Team. Support the Code Manager across Consumer, full marketplace, Global & GEO projects.
Within your role, you will leverage your project/change management experience to collaborate with business partners across functions to develop and maintain plans that emphasize seasonal readiness. Support effective activation and sustained adoption of the Code excellence process.
**WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH**
You will report into the Code Director and be working with teams across the organization and partnering with wider CxM Ops and other cross-functional teams driving the EMEA Code. This eco-system of stakeholders includes close partnership with Consumer, Marketplace, Marketing, DSM, Merchandising, Events.
**WHAT YOU BRING**
+ Minimum 2+ years experience within the digital, sport, and/or retail industries
+ Highly skilled in both verbal and visual high-profile communications
+ Program Management experience is valued
+ Tech Savvy – keen to use tools to work smarter
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build key relationships with a wide spectrum of stakeholders
+ Ability to establish an independent view, while effectively collaborating with peers in a team environment
+ Willingness to adapt and thrive in ambiguous environments
+ Demonstrated problem-solving and creative thinking
+ Strong initiative and independence, needing limited oversight and ability to self-manage assigned projects
+ Agile: Apply Agile and lean principles in the way we build the Code process, simplify, and go
