In this capacity, you will handle the ownership of Emerson’s marketing database, the execution of email programs and campaigns on the Marketing Automation (Eloqua) platform, the analysis of email activities for future improvement, and other related digital marketing initiatives and projects. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
To build digital assets (emails, landing page forms, and segments) based on standard templates used in marketing automation. To set up, analyze, and complete the campaign workflow, including integration into different applications (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud). To schedule marketing automation campaigns for activation and document marketing automation processes, programs, and procedures. To provide technical or MAP support and perform troubleshooting (debugging, functional analysis, and testing) as needed. To provide work estimation and turnaround time for campaigns and projects. To research, test, and implement the integration of other 3rd-party applications with Eloqua; configure and extract reports in Eloqua Insights and Dashboard. To use Content Management System (CMS) specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to create and update web campaign pagesWho You Are:
You have a good understanding of web development languages and marketing automation platforms. You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are a proactive self-starter with a high level of commitment to exceeding expectations. You can proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers. You're interpersonally savvy and can collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Media, or any related field of study or equivalent. 1.5 years of relevant work experience in IT web/software development or cumulative experience in digital marketing asset creation and marketing automation.
