By joining us as a Specialist II, Purchase Order Buyer, you will be part of a collaborative, impactful, and dynamic Pressure Management Sales Order Management team. You will be responsible for order processing for both technical and commercial aspects. You will ensure that all orders are in compliance with the Pressure Management-AP booking policy. You will coordinate with internal and external customers across the business unit.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Check the completeness of purchase order information. Generate purchase orders in the system. Validate and calculate pricing using system tools. Check with the accurate factory to place the item ordered and ensure that the factories have received the right documents. Coordinate with order entry, customer care team, and Inside Sales engineers for placed orders in terms of but not limited to urgency and other special requirements. Complete change order requests for all orders. Respond to general inquiries and requests received and identify the need for escalations.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course. At least 3 years of relevant work experience related to Customer Service, Sales, Order Administration, and PO (Purchase Order) processing. Familiarity with order entry or purchase order processing. Ability to establish priorities and multi-task; can demonstrate teamwork. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart

Familiarity with industrial regulators or pressure control devices is a plus.
