Job Description

Join our dynamically growing international HR Service Team, dedicated to supporting our colleagues across the DACH region. Thrive in a supportive, family-friendly work environment that values collaboration and personal development.

Your tasks will be:

► Deliver payroll processing service for Bosch in Germany in close cooperation with the local payroll team

► Handle documentations regarding social insurance and sick leave

► Maintain employee payment data in SAP

► Ensure payroll accuracy following all controls

► Prepare documentation taking into consideration internal, local and legal regulations

Qualifications

Which requirements are important to us?

► Background: You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas.

► Experience: You have 2-3 years experience in German payroll in multinational environment or in shared services. You know how to use MS Excel proficiently.

► Personality: You are analytical and precise. You have excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

► Working practice: You are able to make decisions and select solutions self-sufficiently based on your analytical skillset, as well as coordinate across hierarchical levels in case of routine questions within the area of expertise.

► Languages: You have strong German skills (written and spoken) and good English language knowledge.
