The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, warehouse management, and SAP software, ensuring efficient and effective processes across our supply chain. **Role Responsibilities:** + Warehouse Optimization: Analyze and improve warehouse layout, processes, and workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. + SAP Integration: Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to integrate SAP software into warehouse operations, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality. + Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes. + Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor warehouse performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance productivity. + Project Management: Lead and participate in warehouse improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals. + Training and Support: Provide training and support to warehouse staff on SAP system usage and best practices for warehouse operations. + Safety Compliance: Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering + 5+ years industrial engineering experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + 1+ years of experience with Solid Works, AutoCAD, SAP, LeanDNA, PowerBI, Windchill, and LabView do you want them to have all of these as required? \#LI-Onsite RSRCAR **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
