As a Specialist Insights and Analysis within the Postpaid Customer Value Management (CVM) Team, your role will require you to work closely with CVM commercial managers to assist with executing and analysing direct marketing campaigns, as well as to identify and present insights.
Exploratory analytics in collaboration with CVM Campaign Managers to deliver customer insights and identify base marketing opportunities Design interim reports before they are productionalized in an enterprise reporting platform, to measure product and campaign performanceMaintain monthly product performance and impact measurement of the CVM campaign activitiesCollaborate with the Big Data Analytics Team to compile and source requirements emanating from larger data setsThe ideal candidate for this role will have:
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Matric essential andA relevant 3 year degree or 3 year relevant national diploma preferably in BSc, BCom, Engineering, Stats, etc Minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
CVM, Campaign Management, Analytics, Direct Marketing, or related fieldKey Skills:
Experience using SQL, advanced ExcelExperience using Qliksense preferableHypothesis thinking to guide exploratory data analytics efforts and identify customers insights and opportunitiesAbility and skillset to present to large audiences up to Executive levelWe make an impact by offering:
