Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. **Your day at NTT DATA** The Employee Experience and Internal Communications Specialist is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for executing internal communications, leadership and employee engagement items, culture-change initiatives, and transformation communications in support of business strategy and priorities. **What you'll be doing** Specialist, Internal Communications Job Profile Summary As Internal Communications Specialist, this role will play a pivotal role in executing internal communications for the Global Data Centers division (GDC) of NTT DATA. With a presence in the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and India, this role will work across all critical communication areas including crisis communications, executive communications, change communications, and diversity and inclusion communications. Critical to GDC’s future success, this role must collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and all areas of the organization. This role will report to the Director of Global Internal Communications and be a member of the Global People and Culture team. Successful candidates will have a passion for storytelling, be a self-starter who learns quickly, enjoy working in a fast-paced, global environment and have a proven ability in delivering concise, creative and effective communications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide input into the overall approach to employee and leadership communications maintain and/or develop tools, and solutions to measure effectiveness. • Manage the delivery of internal communications consistent with the NTT GDC strategy and brand to achieve global objectives and business outcomes for the GDC business. • Develop communications that foster employee engagement and a strong company culture. • Utilize mix of available channels to reach and engage targeted internal audiences, identifying and implementing new approaches, technologies and innovations as required. • Support the execution of NTT GDC CEO meetings, video content, and other messaging to global employee base as needed. • Support cross-functional collaboration as needed to ensure optimization of channels, consistent messaging, and alignment of global communication efforts. • Maintain measurement framework of key internal communication efforts to understand effectiveness of communications and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Manage the scheduling and planning process to align activities and strategic messages across audiences. • Embed and champion best practices for communications within NTT GDC, its leaders and teams. • Performs other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES • Self-starter with a strong attention to detail who learns quickly and enjoys working in a fast-paced, globally matrixed environment. • Excellent writer, proficient in designing and executing effective internal communications across platforms. • Proven ability to draft concise, creative and effective communications to drive outcomes across audience segments. • Familiar with how to maintain data and metrics used to evaluate the impact of communication efforts. • Able to address and resolve employee relations issues while maintaining a positive work environment. Sensitivity Label: Confidential - All Employees • Proficient in Eloqua (or other communications platform) and the Microsoft office suite of tools. Required Experience: • Minimum of 6 - 8 years’ experience in internal communications • Experience in developing internal communications, company culture, and change communication programs with solid, measurable results. • Extensive demonstrated experience in managing multiple time-critical projects with a proven track record in success. • Experience working globally / cross-culturally and in a matrix environment. • Experience with using Eloqua or other enterprise-grade communications software. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Sharepoint, PowerPoint and comfortable with designing presentation and communications in Eloqua/Populo, and Outlook \#GlobalDataCentersCareers **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
