We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist-Business analyst (AI), This role involves acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT team to gather and document requirements for AI and Automation projects. It includes analyzing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, developing detailed process models using BPMN, UML, or other tools, and collaborating with data scientists and IT professionals to integrate AI solutions. The role also involves defining user stories, participating in Agile ceremonies, providing training and support to end-users, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and coordinating the development of use cases and test scenarios to validate project requirements. Additionally, skills in Celonis, Sinavio, and knowledge of the manufacturing domain are essential. Job Responsibilities:
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT team to gather and document requirements for AI and Automation projects.
• Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Process Modelling: Develop detailed process models using BPMN, UML, or other relevant tools to visualize and optimize workflows.
• AI Integration: Work with data scientists and IT professionals to integrate AI solutions into business processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
• Requirements: Define detailed user stories while partnering with business stakeholders.
• Project Delivery: Participate in Agile ceremonies to clarify requirements to developers and help the Product Owner in prioritization and communication.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and AI solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented AI and process modelling solutions, recommending improvements as needed.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all AI and Automation solutions comply with process standards and regulatory requirements.
• Validation: Coordinate the approach and development of use cases and test scenarios with the customer to ensure integration and/or user acceptance testing is complete and validates that project requirements have been achieved.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on process modelling.
• Proficiency in process modelling using BPMN and UML standards (Signavio, Celonis)
• Experience of working on Artificial Intelligence and Automation deployments.
• Experience of working in Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban)
• Awareness of security and compliance considerations around AI and Automation depoyements.
• Understanding of Process mining, Business process management, RPA, Low code platforms
