Job Purpose
Responsible for performing daily system support and maintenance tasks to upkeep a highly reliable business operation environment and being expected to deliver results which meet business expectations and internal department benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
• Demonstrated understanding of computer systems, networked operating environments required
• Act on all Help Desk tickets to maintain the SLAs
• Gate keep Company computing policies and controls to ensure all computer usage is appropriate

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
Education: Diploma or Degree in Information Technology field
Language Ability: Multilingual English/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred
Able to work on shift (any) when required. Able to work in entertainment operations/resort environment
