About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Specialist IT Field Service to deliver top-tier IT support. You will handle IT incidents and requests, both remotely and on-site, while supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Additionally, you will oversee IT assets and lease contracts from A to Z.

Your Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for IT-related incidents and service requests, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation when needed.

Deliver high-quality customer service with clear communication and strong follow-through.

Troubleshoot intermediate-level issues related to applications, operating systems (Windows 10/11), Active Directory, O365/SharePoint 365, and Oracle R12.

Manage IT assets and lease contracts efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Support networking components, including TCP/IP, firewalls, LAN & WAN technologies, and VPN clients.

Assist with the configuration and maintenance of IP phones and softphone functionalities.

Collaborate with global IT teams, requiring occasional flexibility in working hours.

Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking and management.

Your Qualifications & Skills

Education: College degree, technical certifications, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 2-4 years in IT troubleshooting and support (Service Desk L2 preferred).

Familiarity with IT Ticketing System, ERP Software and Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, SharePoint 365, Office 365, Windows 10/11)

Basic knowledge of Azure Fundamentals is a plus.

Certifications: ITIL Foundation, MCSE, MCSA, or CCNA are a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Proactive, independent work approach with a commitment to high-quality customer service.

Languages: English (Required), French (Preferred) & Dutch (a plus).
