We will count on you to:

Project Coordination and System Implementation: Coordinate projects and work with business and external vendors on the implementation of new system modules.Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements aligned with organizational goals.Technical Support: Provide prompt responses to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize business disruption.System Configuration: Assist in the setup and configuration of software based on identified requirements.Documentation and Training: Maintain accurate records of support actions and conduct training sessions to educate users on system functionalities and best practices.Continuous Improvement and Collaboration: Identify process improvement opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and integration.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in application support and troubleshooting system-related issues.Strong analytical skills to analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.Minimum 5 years of experience with SaaS solutions implementation or support.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to interact with users at all levels of the organization.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and documentation.
