This role is essential in managing user profiles, reporting, and ensuring the smooth operation of our application support processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, user support, and process optimization, with a focus on enhancing user experience and maintaining data integrity.

Issue Troubleshooting and Vendor Coordination: Monitor user queries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendor technical support as necessary to resolve problems in real time.Project Development and Management: Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams to optimize project templates and conduct quarterly audits.General Maintenance and Updates: Ensure data integrity through operational analysis, including checking custom fields, verifying accurate time tracking, and adjusting templates as needed.Report and Dashboard Management: Create and maintain a suite of flexible reports and dashboards tailored for project teams and executive leadership. Customize layout templates for different user personas and perform quarterly audits of reports and dashboards.Standard PMO Processes and Training: Define procedures, map processes, and create/maintain training materials to educate colleagues in a workflow-driven environment.Automation and Integration Management: Set up and maintain automations and third-party integrations, including building, testing, and troubleshooting workflows.Upgrade Management: Coordinate the review and testing of new application releases, ensuring that existing workflows and processes remain unaffected.User Profile Management: Oversee license utilization through the Admin Console, ensuring appropriate allocation across groups. Validate user settings, manage permissions for group administrators, and conduct quarterly license audits and monthly group/team audits.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology).Experience using Wrike, Monday.com, or Adobe Workfront applications preferred.Proven experience in product management, application support, or a related role.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management tools and reporting software.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
