About the Role

 

We have an exciting part time (4 days per week) opportunity to join the global BHP Leadership Development team based in either Adelaide, Perth or Brisbane.

 

The Specialist Leadership Development will support the design and execution of activities to enable the effective delivery of the leadership development strategy. 

 

In this interesting and diverse role, you will:

Design, develop and update leadership development products and content according to curriculum requirements, including preparation of workbooks, presentation packs, facilitator guides and handouts Undertake content amendments and changes as part of the test and refine process with relevant governance forums and key stakeholder groups  Define and monitor adherence to content standards during the design process and executes content updates in accordance with those standards Defines and builds new curriculum purpose, objectives and learning pathways in collaboration with the Program Leads as required Leads and coordinates leadership development improvement projects and initiatives Creates and delivers compelling and engaging proposals and presentations, including analysis of data and recommendations Develops communications and engages with key stakeholders to promote the suite of leadership development programs and initiatives Designs and coordinates leadership development program alumni events, such as masterclasses, keynote speakers and networking events in collaboration with the Program Leads About You

 

The successful candidate will be enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced and improvement focused environment and will demonstrate the following:

 

Experience in instructional design and/or leadership development design Strong project management skills with a proven track record in effectively delivering consistently high-quality customer outcomes Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder engagement skills  High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite   About Our Process
