Establishes new prospect/client account records within internal systems as requested by the business to enable functionality.
Investigates and completes any changes as requested by the business / technical experts within agreed timescales, resolving basic queries and escalating as necessary
Participates in User Acceptance Testing for data repository’s fixes and conducts updates prior to deployment.
Manages, prioritizes, and ensures that workload within own portfolio meets deadlines and targets to assist the team in achieving its business objectives.
Assures the highest quality and integrity of data to support accurate, consistent, well understood and timely information is available for use enterprise wide.
Prepares data quality and control reports and refers queries for resolution to facilitate day-to-day operation.
Issues control reports to user groups for action and liaises with regional business users to facilitate dialogue surrounding the data group systems.
Identifies and raises data quality anomalies to a direct manager for resolution to ensure any concerns are addressed in an appropriate and timely manner.
