YOUR ROLE Responsible for full payroll processing including conducting various calculation, quality check, banking, and reporting Processes taxation, social security, and benefits administration Ensures HR practices and policies are in compliance with corporate standards, statutory regulations and laws Coordinates and executes the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management Maintains data, including salaries, payroll taxes and fringe allowances Coordinates and executes the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management Handles inquiries from employees, HR, and other business team Drives process continuous improvement, participates in projects and initiatives related to payroll and HR operations Supports internal and external audits YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.  Proven experience as a payroll specialist.   In-depth knowledge of local payroll related laws and regulations.  Familiarity with company governance and internal policies related to payroll.  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.  Excellent organizational and time-management skills.  Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  English level B1-B2  BENEFITS WE OFFER 13th salary  Performance-based bonus up to 134% Financial bonus for referring a suitable candidate from 500 to 1000 EUR gross Meal contribution also during days off Cafeteria benefit system Henkel Shop Henkel Kindergarten Life Insurance Health care package Relocation bonus 5 Sick days per year Home Office possibility Extra paid days off for special life events

Minimum salary: 1800 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
