Job Purpose
Ensure the operation of the HR daily/monthly processes, (mainly payroll process) and execute General Affairs/EHS -related activities to improve and enhance the effectiveness of the working environment in Tachikawa office.
Key Accountabilities
Operate the monthly salary and bonus payroll for all NDL employees ensuring the calculation process and accuracy in cooperate with other HR members, employees and payroll outsourcing company.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary, social insurance, and related matters.
Act as the main contact for Tachikawa EHS activities (coordinate the monthly EHS meeting, employees' health check, evacuation drill).
Coordinate with the building management office, office landlords, and external facility vendors to maintain appropriate office facilities.
Operate daily general affairs processes, working with other HR members to smoothly handle administrative tasks, such as invoice processing, handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Respond to various HR-related statistical surveys from government and public offices by verifying and providing the necessary data.
Based on the HR Director's instructions, participate as a member in HR-led projects and support the progress of these projects.
Support the implementation of process improvement according to the HR Director's instructions.
Execute additional tasks as directed by the HR Director when required.

Technical Competence & Skills:
PC Skills: Excel skills for spreadsheet creation and data management (ability to use functions such as SUM and VLOOKUP)/Word/Email.
Practical experience in social insurance and labor insurance administration.
Knowledge of labor laws.
Telephone & Message Handling.
Leadership Competence:

Relevant Experience:
Experience in payroll operation in HR or Finance.
Others (% of travel, language, etc.):
English language skills are not required at present.

HR のDaily/Monthlyプロセス(主に給与計算プロセス)を確実に運用する。また立川オフィスの労働環境の改善と効率化のため、総務庶務業務およびEHS(環境・健康・安全)関連の業務を担当する。
主な職責
HRメンバー、他部署および給与計算アウトソーシング会社と協力し、正確性を維持しながら全てのNDL従業員の月次給与計算および賞与計算を実施する。
給与、社会保険、およびその他関連事項に関する従業員からの問い合わせに対応する。
立川オフィスのEHS(環境・健康・安全)活動の主要な担当者として、月次EHS会議、従業員の健康診断、避難訓練のプロセス維持・運用を担当する。
ビル管理室、オフィス賃貸人、および外部のベンダーと連携し、ファシリティーのマネジメントを行い適切なオフィス施設を維持する。
他のHRメンバーと協力して日常的な総務/庶務プロセスを運営し、請求書処理、郵便物や宅配便の受発送などの管理業務を行う。
政府および公官庁等からのHR関連の各種統計調査に対し、必要なデータを確認し回答する。
HR Directorの指示に基づき、HRが主導するプロジェクトにメンバーとして参加し、プロジェクトの進捗をサポートする。
HR Directorの指示に基づきプロセス改善の実施をサポートする。
その他必要に応じてHR Directorの指示する業務を行う
