Specialist PCC Requisition ID: 42460 Job Location(s): Oragadam, IN **Job Description** As a Product Chemical Compliance specialist, you become member of a global team in Sustainability, Compliance & Standardization at Danfoss Drives, where you will be located at our Operations Quality team in Chennai, India. Your tasks will be coordinated by a Global Product Chemical Compliance Lead who will be in Europe. Together you will work together to continuously improve our Global Product Chemical Compliance. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Act as Product Chemical Compliance support on e.g. REACH, RoHS, PFAS, Marine (IHM), Prop 65 Conflict Minerals etc. And stay up to date with global chemical regulations and standards relevant to our products. + Collect, validate, and manage product chemical compliance data in current and future system. + Be our System Super User on our coming product chemical compliance systems as Teamcenter PLM/CDX/IMDS + Handle product chemical compliance requests from internal and external stakeholders on Product Chemical Compliance by evaluating compliance, prepare documentation and issue certificates. + Support Global Lead to document processes and templates for the frontline organization to respond independently to customer requests on product chemical requirements. **Background & Skills** The ideal candidate possesses these skills. + Chemical regulations and directives like REACH, RoHS, Marine (IHM), TSCA, Prop 65 etc. + Experience with Product Chemical Compliance from the requirement/directive perspective and FMD and validation + Min 5 years’ relevant experience and understanding for Product Chemical Compliance + Data management understanding and experience (PLM) + CDX/IMDS, IPC-1752A FMD experience and expertise. + Experience Interpreting the International Standards related to Chemical/Regulatory Compliance. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
