Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. **Your mission :** + Implement regional supply chains to support Business Units growth and protect Group value. + Engage suppliers in remediation activities for human rights and environmental issues, adapting to new regulations. + Implement sustainability programs in supply chains as per roadmap and customer requests. + Promote sustainability and due diligence impacts, collaborating with BU Accounts regionally. + Contribute to responsible sourcing methodologies, tools, and management systems, engaging internal stakeholders. **You bring :** + Master’s degree in agriculture, human rights, environment, engineering, or business. + Experience in sustainability of global supply chains; due diligence experience is a plus. + Strong project management skills. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. + Adaptability to diverse cultures of suppliers and customers. + Good interpersonal communication skills for cross-functional teamwork. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to raise awareness and engage stakeholders on sensitive topics like human rights.
