The Intl & Strat Growth Pgms is a newly formed organization with an international portfolio consisting of $150M in orders and $290M in revenue for 2025. We have large programs with unique financing and revenue recognition considerations in which L3Harris is acquiring aircraft and performing complex high-tech missions. Responsibilities:

Proactively solve problems and issues in a timely manner with minimal supervisionIdentify and implement process improvementMaintain high attention to detailSupport the updates and maintenance of the EACs and Profitability Assessments in conjunction with Program ManagementEnsuring adherence to all procedures within Finance and Accounting policiesForecast project financials, including Cost of Sales, Revenue, Operating Income and CashActionable financial analysisTrack program expenditures to enable timely decision making and ensuring financial complianceCross functional collaboration, business partner to program management, and mentor to early career finance staff.Take ownership for financial controls and gaining exposure to all aspects of the organization to understand the mission and how to best add value to the team.Ability to concisely communicate complex scenarios to an often-unfamiliar audience is a key attribute.Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
