Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Specialist – Quality in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

Conduct ISO internal audits and Management ReviewsEnsure Document Management System is well maintainedDiagnose RPN levels in FMEA and drive/coach operations to take suitable actionsPlay role of an evaluator in approving CAPAFacilitate ISO External auditsConduct trainings to Internal auditors on the various clauses of ISO 9001:2015Publish audit findings and persuade operations teams to take actions for findings withdeviationsSustain Quality Management System from time to time by taking certain innovativeapproachesMust work with operations teams to implement Quality Management Systems.Timely escalations of Quality issues to operations team & ensure resolution.Conduct follow up audit in defined frequency.Support operations team in improving KPI's by performing process improvement changesPrepare weekly and Monthly Quality reportsConduct IATF internal audits and Management ReviewsConduct trainings to Internal auditors on the various clauses of IATF 16949Preferably possess experience in supply chain functionsExposure to Lean manufacturing and implementation experience in LeanExposure to Automations and any global automation journey in the existing role

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Good Communication, Attention to Details, Flexible and AdaptableAnalyze data & identify trends & issues, make suggestions for improvements & havestrong analytical skills.Preferably a B.E. candidate or DiplomaMin 5-7 years of relevant work experienceMust be ISO Lead Auditor Certified in ISO 9001Preferable to possess a IATF 16949 Lead auditor certification as wellGreen Belt or Black Belt in Six SigmaGood proficiency in Excel and Power pointFlexible to work in night shifts if need be
