Specialist Quality Control Office

What you'll do....... Performs quality control checks remotely on pictures that are uploaded to the client's drive. You will select audits by working with operations supervisors and managers to ensure quality standards are met. You will perform field audits for accuracy of marks and compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, and contractual obligations per clients. You will conduct root cause analysis on quality failures. You will complete all applicable forms and documents required for the auditing and investigation processes and communicate audits and investigation findings with quality assurance and operations management. You will provide frequent and ongoing feedback to the field to improve quality results and reduce damages. Who You Are...... High school diploma or equivalent You have leadership qualities. Proficiency in spreadsheets, including Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite Ability to identify and solve problems. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, prioritize and re-prioritize daily workload and work with minimum supervision and the ability to meet deadlines, establish deadlines, and to prioritize deadlines. Strong ability to work remotely without being distracted. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
