Specialist Sales Support

At our core is a passion to serve our customers with products and services that create connections, improves lives and allows millions to share the stories and experiences that matter. **As a Specialist Sales Support, you will:** Enhance sales team efficiency and performance by managing sales performance reporting, system, and process improvements, and providing administrative support. **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • **Reporting and Analysis:** Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review. • **Administrative Support:** Manage correspondence, document preparation, filing and other administrative functions. • **Process Improvement:** Assess processes for effectiveness by documenting sales processes and maintaining records for compliance and auditing purposes. • **Advisory Role:** Develop training materials, conduct sessions, and provide counsel and support within the functional area. • **Technology Utilization:** Utilize sales tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity. **What you'll need:** + Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired or equivalent experience. + Must be bilingual, fluent in English comprehension, excellent oral and written communication. + Experience: 1+ years of related experience. **Your future is calling.
