What You Will Do:
Responsible for leading and developing small to mid-level initiatives to drive enablement and adoption.
Participating in providing input into the development, articulation and implementation of management framework, goals, and objectives. This is accomplished by applying knowledge of the enterprise service, operations and other partner vision, and specific subject matter expertise in supply chain business process improvement and change management.
Provide Supply Chain perspectives, by acting as an advisor and participating in or leading internal committees and task forces to facilitate business initiatives while ensuring legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Assessing and evaluating the entire Procurement & Delivery Center (PDC) process to find opportunities to improve time, effectiveness, efficiency, and cost.
Demonstrating an understanding of advanced digital technology and using the components of an innovative culture to deliver digital products while nourishing a fast-paced mentality in the group.
Fostering an environment in which continuous improvement of systems, tools, processes, and standards takes place, regularly in the role of a champion of change in approaches and behaviors.
Lead change management and reporting for the Oracle Cloud and Maximo enablement initiatives.
Who You Are:
You have the following education & experience:
University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field
7+ years of progressively responsible and related experience in the SCM field, preferably in an Oil & Gas Midstream.
A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Aptitude and communications skills related to leading and acting independently as a member of the Management Team
Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to be innovative, take initiative, lead, and manage change.
Preferred:
Completion of a SCM related professional certification, such as PMAC or ISM, is considered an asset.
Working Conditions:
Typical office environment.
Stress levels can be above normal as the work is highly visible and deadline oriented. Numerous, often competing interests must be managed concurrently whilst negotiating/influencing.

Physical Requirements:
Include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement. Mobility to walk in outdoor conditions that occasionally involve uneven and slippery terrain and to enter and exit excavations. Agility with the ability to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and other devices using feet and legs, and/or hands and arms.
