Specialist Service Desk (Procurement)

Role purpose: To guide on Source To Pay (S2P) processes and policies, including helpdesk and service support activities for internal customers and suppliers and continuous improvement within S2P operations. 

  

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Provide guidance and resolve internal customer queries on GBS NTP processes, policies, and procurement Perform helpdesk support for procurement via tickets, email, or phone Identify and implement procurement process improvements to boost compliance and efficiency Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations for consistent procurement efforts Prepare reports for senior management and maintain documentation/SOPs for procurement

  

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

University degree in Management, Accountancy, Economics or related

Understanding of S2P processes and SAP Ariba

Great communication skills combined with fluency in English spoken and written

2-4 years of experience in a support position (ideally in a BPO concept)

Good knowledge of Procurement Operations activities (preferential)
