Job Summary:

Design, develop, and implement new features in the Assembly Solution Development.Collaborate with leaders and Program Managers to design and implement business requirements.Document design changes and conduct design/code reviews.Develop unit test scripts and test cases for existing and new features.Assist the QA team in understanding new features.Communicate the impact of changes to a broad group of stakeholders.Complete tasks in a timely manner following the software development process, ensuring high quality..

What You Will Need:

Basics:

Good academic track record.7+ years of software development experience on Windows/Linux platforms.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Aptitude and eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.Proficiency in TCL/TK, C, C++, Python.Familiarity with Standard Template Library (STL) and BOOST libraries, AI/ML, REST API, and web technologies.Good exposure to data structures and algorithms.Object-oriented design skills and experience with UML diagrams.BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Aerospace/Civil Engineering.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and on different technologies.Capability to deliver assignments with high quality while adhering to schedules.

Preferred:

Experience in software development and customization of Altair HyperWorks using C/C++/TCL/TK/Python.Experience in software development related to the automotive or aerospace or relevant domains, with exposure to CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM, PDM.Exposure to Assembly Solutions Development is a added plus (Parts/Subsystems/Connectors/Analysis/Results/Tracebility/Libraries)
