Specialist - Supplier Performance Management

What your day-to-day will look like:

Collect and consolidate data related to vendor performance from various sources, such as service level agreements (SLAs), performance reports, and customer feedback.Support development and implementation standardized performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), across all JLL client accounts, to assess vendor performance.Analyze vendor performance data to identify areas of success as well as areas requiring improvement.Prepare regular reports and dashboards on vendor performance for management and key stakeholders.Clearly communicate vendor performance results, trends, and recommendations to relevant teams and stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure adherence to vendor performance standards.Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing vendor performance.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or other data visualization tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiencies and optimize vendor performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or a related field.Proven experience (3 years) as a vendor performance analyst or a similar role in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management. Knowledge of vendor management best practices, contract management, and SLA performance metrics.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
