**Job Description:**
Roles & Responsibilities
Test Planning and Strategy :- Design comprehensive test strategies for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. - Collaborate with product owners and developers to understand requirements and define test objectives.
Test Case Development : - Create detailed and reusable test cases based on functional and technical specifications. - Ensure test cases cover all relevant scenarios, including edge cases, integrations, and performance.
Test Execution : - Execute manual and automated test cases across different ServiceNow modules. - Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
Test Automation :- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks. - Optimize test automation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Reporting and Documentation :- Prepare detailed test reports and provide regular updates on test progress and defect status. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and test environments.
Continuous Improvement : - Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements to testing methodologies. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and testing tools.
Collaboration and Training : - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals. - Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in ServiceNow testing.
Qualifications :- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow testing, including manual and automated testing. - Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools relevant to ServiceNow (e.g., ATF, Selenium). - Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM. - Experience with Agile methodologies and test management tools like JIRA. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
