About this opportunity:
We are looking for a Talent Marketing professional to help us establish a strong employer brand and attract top talent. You’ll do this by creating engaging content and building relationships with potential candidates. You will reach out to online and offline communities to promote our company and open roles, you are supposed to provide innovative solution and design creative ideas to make more effective impacts on the initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be familiar with recruiting or marketing techniques.
What you will do:
Employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy for talent acquisitionImplementing key initiatives to attract, retain, and engage top talent to reach our key business goals and position ourselves as a top employer.Create branding and marketing campaigns for talent marketing towards Employer Value PropositionContent development and managementIdea generation and execution of campaigns for increasing candidate applications via talent marketing effortsIdentify organic campaigns opportunities for increased job promotionDiversity talent attraction campaign creation and activation planning and executionTalent attraction via Developing recruiter and hiring manager toolkit with resources, marketing collateral, and training.Running workshops to equip and empower the talent acquisition team and business to optimize and improve the candidate experience, elevate their social recruiting, and be great brand ambassadors.Analyze campaign performance data and extract relevant insights for future marketing strategies.Work closely with internal / external communication team to ensure compliance of comm strategyEmployee referral campaignsInternal Talent Acquisition newsletter
