The role is fully responsible for legal rq. in Medical checks, all types of plant Training& Development sessions and complex arrangement, contact person for T&D providers, auditors and institutions, Funds and Substitutions administrator. PR & Communication - creation of company brand newsletters, newspapers,  campaigns.  Well-being team member. Local Survey Project leader. Recruiter back-up.

Relevant University degree or Professional HR Qualifications

Experience in generalist H.R. role or equivalent

Very good professional communications skills

Good understanding of Employment Law within region

Good IT Skills (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, CANVA as advantage

Discretion and Trustworthiness

Flexible, methodical, organized, proactive

Language : Advanced English

Good knowledge of organizational structure and matrix

Good understanding of Company Policies and Procedures and their implementation
