The Specialist, Transport will be responsible for organizing schedules and routes, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties. He/she/they will work within general policies, principles/goals, and work directly with transport Manager.Effective Planning and Prioritization to drive performance Provide mentorship to new hiresHandle conflicts while managing eSATData Collection, analysis and reportingLogical thinking, analytical, solution oriented and adept to handle complex situationsShould be a good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieveAbility to manage and support a team Liaising between management, drivers and internal customersEvaluating driver performance, handling customers queries and resolving complaints in timely manner
