What this job involves:  

The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Graphic Team Germany. S/he must be fluent in German and English to understand the strategy, audience and objectives behind complex design presentations, provide appropriate solutions and work with other team members on collaborative design projects. 

The Graphic Designer will be required to design and develop materials to support business development with high end property marketing initiatives. S/he will be able to create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This will involve a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The focus will be on the creation of bespoke sales collateral, editorial design, presentations and other digital marketing materials for high value commercial property, as well as JLL corporate design collateral and sales materials. 

If you're a good communicator and can work methodically as part of an international team, we'd like to meet you. The aim is to inspire and engage the target audience. 

What your day-to-day will look like:  

Create high-quality visual content for brand

Design marketing materials (digital and print)

Apply fundamental graphic design principles

Generate creative concepts from start to finish

Translate business information into impactful designs

Stay updated on design trends and standards

Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes other  designers , marketers, art directors, and design managers in order to create compelling designs.

Required Skills and Experience:  

Fluent German and English is must

3-5 years experience

Strong creative vision, established portfolio

Advanced Adobe Suite and PowerPoint skills is must

Knowledge of design trends

Adaptability to new tools

Ability to work in team
