Essential Functions: + Lead the charge in identifying and solving complex manufacturing problems to boost efficiency and enhance product quality. + Develop and implement targeted strategies to tackle production challenges, reduce waste, and streamline operations. + Foster a collaborative environment to solve cross-functional manufacturing issues with innovative engineering solutions. + Balance a hands-on approach to problem-solving with the ability to manage and uphold operational standards. + Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analyses to inform continuous improvement initiatives. + Leverage Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other problem-solving methodologies to drive operational advancements. + Interpret and analyze technical data to ensure manufacturing outcomes align with stringent customer and internal standards. + Craft detailed reports and actionable insights from complex data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. + Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance. + Travel: 10%. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior Manufacturing Engineering experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior Manufacturing Engineering experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior Manufacturing Engineering experience.
