For this restaurant we are looking for dynamic and motivated candidates for the role of Demi Chef de Partie.
As a Demi Chef de Partie at Rosewood Amsterdam, your day begins with preparing your station for seamless service. From washing, peeling, and cutting fresh ingredients to creating flavourful dishes, you’ll ensure that every item meets Rosewood’s exceptional standards. You’ll collaborate with the team to manage buffet setups, maintain inventory, and document HACCP checklists. Throughout the day, you’ll play an integral role in delivering exquisite dining experiences, whether carving cooked meats, replenishing buffets, or assisting with quality control. By the end of your shift, you’ll take pride in having contributed to the success of the kitchen and creating memorable meals for our guests.
Skills and ExperienceCulinary education is preferred, with certification as required by local law.Experience in luxury hotels or high-end freestanding restaurants.Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and menu development.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain composure under pressure.Passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences.Team-oriented, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.High standards of hygiene, professional appearance, and punctuality.
