As a Specialized Consultant, you will:
Provide expert consultation on banking-related projects, including developing case proposals and ensuring efficient process management.Engage proactively with key client stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.Report project progress regularly to leadership, delivering insights and recommendations under the guidance of senior consultants and project leaders.Contribute to the successful execution of selected project modules, ensuring alignment with objectives and maintaining the highest quality standards.

What You'll Bring
What You’ll Bring
3–10 years of relevant post-graduation work experience.Experience in banking or government-related projects with a demonstrated ability to manage complex cases.A track record of involvement in long-term transformation and implementation initiatives is a plus.Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain client connections.Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).A proactive mindset, enthusiasm for learning, and a strong drive for professional growth.If you are passionate about making an impact in the banking sector and eager to grow within a world-class consulting firm, we encourage you to apply and be part of our journey at BCG.
