As a Specialties Commercial Manager in our Specialties department, you will have a broad scope of responsibilities and be part of an international team consisting of 6 employees from 3 different countries. You will report directly to the Specialties Manager, ensuring a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

What You´ll Do

Strategic Planning: Assist in shaping and executing strategies to drive business growth and enhance client engagement in the Nordic region.Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain robust relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering enduring partnerships.Business Development: Serve as the main sales contact for clients, promoting our products and services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our footprint in the Nordics. Represent the company at industry events and professional organizations to showcase our offerings.Market Analysis: Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape, providing insights to inform business strategies.Sales Coordination: Work closely with the customer service team to ensure alignment with overall business goals.Contract Management: Manage contract negotiations and administration, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to company policies.Pricing and Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute pricing strategies and marketing campaigns to boost sales and market penetration.Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company ethics standards.Client Support: Act as the primary contact for clients regarding service delivery, performance, and issue resolution.Sales Excellence: Lead initiatives to improve sales performance, including training, process enhancements, and the adoption of best practices.Opportunity Identification: Continuously seek and evaluate new business opportunities to drive growth and innovation.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who can lead our specialties commercial activities with excellence and innovation. 

Your Skills and Experience

Professional

Min. 5 years of experience within similar position and with a proven experience in Business development and client relationship management.Knowledge of pricing strategies and marketing campaign development.Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance standards.Advanced skills in Excel Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other Scandinavian languages is a plus.
