Hours and Location:

This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are located at 100 E. Carroll St. Salisbury, MD 21801. Enjoy a friendly, relaxed environment; this is a not a big-box retail atmosphere.

As a Staff Pharmacist on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you’ll contribute to a community’s well-being, act as a trusted advisor to patients, and ensure pharmacy operations are efficient, effective, and continually improving while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.

Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and a drive for continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more

What You’ll Bring

      Basic Qualifications:

Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy Successful completion of state pharmacy board examination Pharmacist license current and in good standing  Maintaining any continuing education requirements Three years of experience in the practice of pharmacy Covid-19 Vaccination 

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes

Compensation will vary based on region. For the state of Maryland only, expected pay is $120,000 - $135,000 annually.
