RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a team of core administrative specialists to promote a collaborative work environment and ensure best practices are shared while supporting Specialty Pharmacy, Infusion Suite, and Health System Sales. 

Develop employees' skills, evaluate performance, and provides feedback to sales support specialists.

Oversee resolution of employee relations issues and performance standards, productivity, and service standards. Conduct hiring, training, retaining and evaluation of staff.  

Provide on-going coaching to each team member regarding efficiency, reliability, accountability, and productivity. Ensure service and performance metrics are met.

Work with Senior Manager to implement strategic business goals. 

Tracks and report progress to leadership as needed.

Assist in development of CuraScript SD support programs and process improvements to enhance the level of internal and external customer service provided.

Serve as a point of escalation for calls requiring a higher degree of expertise or discretion in order to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution, including supporting daily team tasks.

Special projects as assigned.

This is a hybrid role that requires the employee to work onsite in our Lake Mary, FL office three days per week.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

BS/BA degree or 4-6 years of relevant business experience with High School Diploma/GED.

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Knowledge of ESI or CuraScriptSD call center systems and platforms, and ESI or CuraScriptSD products/services a plus.

Experience in PBM, Managed Care or Distribution industry

Demonstrated leadership skills including ability to effectively develop and assist team members.

Experience training and coaching less experienced staff with the patience to explain details and processes repeatedly.

General PC knowledge including MS Office and Outlook and Excel, SAP, SalesForce, Business Objects
