Position: Specialty Process Operator
Pay: $25.90

Responsibilities:
• Operation of various specialty printing presses (rotary)
• Operation of specialty converting equipment (coater, die cutter, foil stamper, etc.)
• Adjusts and operates rotogravure, intaglio, flexographic, lithographic and letterpress printing presses
• Prepare and operate sheetfed presses for printing on plastic, metalized film, foils, cardstock, and other materials
• Apply protective coatings to paper products
• Set up, adjust, and operate specialty cutting dies
• Assist with maintenance activities as needed
• Complies with established job safety practices, policies, and procedures
• Wears proper personal protective equipment
Qualifications:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with computers (Microsoft Office) preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Communication skills and good interpersonal skills are essential to this position
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Forklift certification required
• Willingness to work any shift assigned
• Knowledge of ISO requirements pertaining to printing and/or packaging industry is helpful
