OVERVIEW
The Specialty Process Supervisor will direct all activities of the entire refining process of cane sugar including the receipt of liquid materials, ensuring quality standards are met through the efficient use of energy (fuel and steam), water, air, and electric power.

Maintains standard production rates while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards Leads assigned teams in the continuous improvement process Achieves results through subordinates in a unionized environment
WORK EXPERIENCES
Five years of experience in a chemical processing, pharmaceutical or food manufacturing plant as a process/production supervisor or related experience is desired Previous experience supervising union personnel is preferred Experience with and demonstrated success in leading operational excellence/continuous improvement efforts is also preferred
